UV Release Tape for MLCC
- Description
- During the MLCC cutting process, this tape firmly holds the laminated bar while it is cut into chips. After cutting, UV irradiation sharply reduces the adhesion, allowing clean release without residue. It provides strong holding force during the process (up to 1,500 gf/inch) and clean, residue-free release afterwards (<10 gf/inch).
- Product Detail
-
- Material: PET film substrate + UV-curable acrylic adhesive (multi-layer structure including PET liner)
- Key function: maintains strong holding force during the process (including high temperature of 90℃); UV irradiation sharply reduces adhesion for chip recovery without damage or residue
- Slim design: thin-film structure improves processing precision and chip alignment accuracy
